# OF UNITS and SIZE-Twelve (12) Three-Bedroom, Two-and-one-Bath townhomes, which will consist of two-floors over a two-car garage. The townhomes will range from 2,300 to 2,800sq.ft. heated over 4,000sq.ft. under roof.

TOWNHOME FLOORPLAN FEATURES-Created by noted area Residential Designer, Randolph Stewart, the townhomes will have a Charleston architectural feel. The first floor will include a Living Room, Keeping Room & Kitchen, Pantry, Breakfast Nook and Half-Bath with the Master Suite / Bath and two Guest Bedrooms and Guest Bath on the second-floor along with the laundry. GRANDVIEW TOWNHOME PRE-SALES-Prior to interested parties entering into a formal contract, a model will be built which will showcase all standard features and finishes, etc. to be included in all future townhomes. The communities entry statement, roadway, common area landscaping, etc. will be completed at the same time as the model which is scheduled for November of 2008.

On a First-Come, First-Serve basis, interested parties may sign a non-binding Reservation Agreement which includes a refundable earnest money deposit and be assigned a Priority Reservation Number (#1 has the first pick, #2 has the second pick of available townhomes, etc.) Once the model is completed, Reservation Holders will have two weeks to preview the model and make their buying decision. Future townhomes will only be built once they are under contract with earnest money.

Purchasers will have the opportunity to make interior finishes selections at time of contract and certain upgrade options will be available at an additional cost.
